The world has entered the spiritual culture age. However, companies still accelerate limiteless competition for survival in market. That human desire is destructing environment, cheapening the value of human life and makes serious the polarization of wealth. Therefore, this paper proposes "SeaCircle Company" concept as an alternative business model. "SeaCircle Company" is spirit alive and communicated to company, It pursues the value spiritual property rather than capital asset. To understand more about spiritual property, this paper describes the spirit concept in various view point of religion, study, literature and art.
